Promotion of informal education to nurture children from socially, economically and culturally marginalized waste picking communities through the library program.

The libraries function everyday after school from 4pm to 7pm involving children in creative activities like storytelling, book reading, songs, film screenings, dance, debates, theatre etc. Through these activities we aim to nurture their reading, writing and creative potential. Our work is to help the children tap into their hopes, skills and know-hows and support them in realising their dreams.
